Cancellation Policy

MYNX Beaute requires you to pay a booking fee to secure your booking, the booking fee is non-refundable but is transferable up to one reschedule only (with notice of 48 hours). You must give MYNX Beaute 48hrs notice prior to any reschedule or cancellation. Any Cancellations/No shows inside the 48hr window of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of your appointment. If you no show your appointment, and your card declines you will be charged again at a later date. If your card declines you will be sent a letter of demand, followed by legal action. No showing your appointment without a reasonable explanation will also prevent you from being able to book any future appointments.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without a reasonable explanation, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged the full fee for your appointment.

We refuse to operate any service on a client who has an active infectious illness, or open wound.
