Thank you for booking with Mynx Beaute, this privacy policy states how Mynx Beaute will protect and use any information that is voluntarily submitted by the client and collected by Mynx Beaute.

At Mynx Beaute we take your privacy seriously.
Mynx Beaute collects information for the following purposes:
1. For the safety of our clients: We maintain a record of any health or medical conditions which may indicate that a particular service or treatment should not be performed (e.g allergies, pregnancy, skin conditions) or a particular product containing ingredients that that should not be used (e.g products containing nuts, fish oils, etc). These health records are not used for any other purpose.
2. Booking Confirmation & Identification: Mynx Beaute collects the following information for the purpose of identifying clients, and booking confirmation – First & Last Name, Phone Number, Email address, and if the performed service is done so Mobile (in your location) the Address or Venue for the client.
Record Keeping:
We may use the information to improve our products and or services
We may periodically send emails about new services, special offers or important information regarding bookings & services
Security:
Client records are held securely within our salon software system and can only be seen by members of the Mynx Beaute salon team.
Mynx Beaute are committed to ensuring that your information is safe and secure. To prevent unauthorized access or disclosure of your information, we have multiple suitable measures in place to safeguard and secure the information we collect from you both online and in person. These measures are maintained physically, and within our salon software management and domain privacy policy safeguards.
Mynx Beaute will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we are required by law to do so.
